Trend Micro HouseCall Unable to complete the download

Greetings!

I was trying to download Trend Micro Housecall when I received this error code/ message. I tried it again in safe mode. I looked for some sort of data corruption or virus in my computer, but still to no avail. My internet connection should not be a problem because it’s working just fine. I am to my wits end. Please, I badly need you advice.

If you are 100% positive that your internet connection is OK, the first thing to do is to check if everything's OK on the other side. Try opening the link in the browser and see if it works. If not, the server may be down, so you'll have to wait a bit before being able to download. 
 
You can also try manual download instead of the download through the installer. Everything you need is available at the Trend Micro download center, so visit this link: http://downloadcenter.trendmicro.com/, find the product you are trying to install and download it from there.
 
This could also be a security problem. Try disabling your antivirus and firewall and then run the installer again. This should definitely solve your problem.
