Toshiba satellite laptop not working?help

Hi everyone,

I bought this Toshiba satellite laptop few days ago through ebay and the problem is its not working properly, As this is new one I thought it will work fine like any other new laptop and had high expectations with it but its not working properly connection problems and hangs up pretty fast when using 2 apps at the same time.

Hello Lawrence,

First, confirm whether the hardware is functioning properly or not.

Go to the Device Manager and see if all the hardware has been properly installed on not.

All the drivers have been installed or not. If everything appears fine, but the problem persists then restart your system and during the reboot process see if you can run any diagnostics through BIOS. Check all the components.

Lastly, since you have bought it recently, explore the warrant to exchange it for a new PC.
