As far as your concern, It will work mostly to all computers. Specially if your Motherboard is a newer version. Just make sure to download and install the right driver of your cd rom drive. If your using Windows 7, download/install windows 7 driver/s. If your computer doesn't recognize your CD-Rom Drive, Try to update your BIOS.
