Hi

Its very difficult to view videos with low quality and hence need to improve its quality by using any of the available video editing software. There are a lot of video editing software ,but may vary in their features.I suggest you to go for an internet search of any  "video editing software " and download it.Then try to change its format to MP4,because its easy to code. Then you can adjust the brightness, hue and saturation, then adjust the interpolation of the video ,if needed could blur, soften and smooth the video files if they have any grains. And also try to use noise reduction available in filter menu in it.All functions will be available in a video editing software menu.Hence you could improve the quality of a video and watch in your ipad.

If you have an Apple iPad I’m sure all videos will play smoothly and with the best quality. But if there are videos that have a bad playback maybe the video is meant for a different device or for a much larger screen. Also, if the video is in HD format and your iPad doesn’t support HD then you will surely have poor playback.

The quality of the video when played on the device depends on the specification of the device and the format of the video. A device that doesn’t support HD format cannot play HD videos but can play normal videos that are not in HD format. There are also times that the video is already in bad shape and if this is the case then you cannot expect that it will play smoothly on your device.

You can check if there’s something wrong with the video or it’s your device that doesn’t support it by copying it to your computer and then playing the video there. If the video plays well then you need to change the format to make it playable on your iPad or to improve the playback. Try downloading ImTOO MPEG Encoder and then install it on your computer.

Use it to convert the video to another format that’s still supported by your device. You can also adjust the screen size of the video to go well with your device. ImTOO MPEG Encoder supports Windows XP Service Pack 2 and up, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
