Too Long File Name or Extension

To make a remote back I use a “Gmail Drive”. During the copying process it generates me an error message saying, “File name or extension is too long. ” As a matter of fact, I’m copying a setup suit of Oracle and I’m wondering what if rename its file as it won’t works properly thereafter.

I’m running Windows 7 on my computer system. I’m looking for your kind help and suggestions how to get done with copying without renaming it? Or, can any one confirm on this whether it would have affects on the installation process if I rename files?
