I recently installed tomcat on apache for 2003 server 64 bit, everything went on smoothly and I followed all the steps. However when I start the service I get a error that resource is not available. Can I get some help with the issue?

This type of error occurs when on of the services provided by the server is not able to start. It can also occur if the war files are not formed as expected, port 8080 is not available. Try to solve this problem and you might get a solution.

Follow the following stpes:
1)Do one thing open the command prompt. use netstat command to verify that port is not used.
2) If the port is not occupied then restart the server.Â
3) If you are still facing the problem simply upgrade with latest tomcat..
