I have been trying to build an installer using LabVIEW application builder, but I always receive this error code 12 and due to that cannot complete the process.
Please see the error details below.

Tips on how to fix error code 12
Error code 12 appears when two devices are installed on the same ports, the same interrupt or the same directory memory access channel. It may also appear when BIOS did not allocate enough resources to the device.
The best possible way to solve it is to use the troubleshooting wizard in device manager to find out where the conflict is, and then disable the conflicting device.
To disable the conflicting device, click the general tab on the device properties dialog box. Start troubleshoot wizard. Answer the simple questions provided by the wizard, then the wizard shall be giving you solution based on your answers given. Finally, follow the steps provided to resolve the problem.
As I can see, there is also an error code 3 which appears. Error code 3 pops up when your driver is corrupted or your system is running low on memory or other resources.
Best way to solve this when you are running low in memory, is to close some open applications through task manager or install new RAM (random access memory).
If your device driver is corrupted, you uninstall the driver from device manager and scan for new hardware to install the driver again.
Tips on how to fix error code 12
The problem is with the windows system files problem. May be the files are out of date or the files do not support the specified software. The only thing you can do is to use the latest software in both the cases.
I should like you to repair/ Reinstall/ Install updated version of Windows, means to install latest updates for the Operating system for you convenience at working with it.
Moreover you might copy the codes into another machine and try rebuilding it. You shall find it working.
