There is a problem with QTO 2012

Hi,

I cannot open my QTO projects though I could open them before. I’m getting the error message shown in the screenshot.

I went for reinstallation of QTO even, but could not find the solution yet.

Can anyone help me please?

Dear Johnson,

This type of problem occurs sometimes when the other windows user account being opened the same file. This error caused by certain PDF sheets which include in the project and after reopening the project these sheets cannot be displayed. This issue can be solved by Hotfix2. In some cases hotfix2 can’t resolve the error in that case create a new Windows user profile and logging in may be the solution..
