Hi,

There is a problem with my Google chrome research toolbar. Can you help me fix the crashing research toolbar in my Google Chrome internet browser? I have to resolve this as soon as possible since I have to finish all my research projects.

Regards,

Jessica Allen.

Hi Jessica,

I assume that the research toolbar you are talking about being the Google search bar in the upper right side of the browser. I recommend that you remove your current browser then download and install it again. But before you install it, try to clean your PC using your installed antivirus. I hope this help.

Hi Jessica,

I wish this could help you before your project ends. Anyway some Google crashes are due to some third party software which are not compatible with Google chrome. You can try to fix this by uninstalling or reinstalling some third party software, check this by typing "about:conflicts" in the Google chromes address bar to see which integrated Google software causes your chrome to crash.

You can consider upgrading or updating your Google chrome to a newer version better yet if you have the newer version try to reinstall it and reboot your PC.

Hope this will help you.

Good day.
