There is a problem with dreamweaver freeware download. The last time I downloaded a freeware version for dreamweaver and the process was unsuccessful due to compatibility problem regarding my os which is windows 7 starter. I need a licensed and compatible with windows operating systems. Your suggestions are badly needed.

Where did you download the installer? If you didn't get it from the Adobe Downloads website, then it is possible that you got the wrong version or the file is corrupt.
