Hi fellow members.  Is there a way for Outlook display countdown date?  Does Outlook have this feature?  I want a daily reminder or countdown until the specified date.  I use Microsoft Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 64 bit.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

I have found a smart technique of outlook which is the hidden feature by outlook, called "smart-date logic". I hope it will help you to improve your outlook calendar : https://itstillworks.com/block-nonworking-hours-outlook-calendar-30874.html

Hi Dorothy.  Outlook does not backup structuring calendar items that count down (or a count up) to a specific date.  You should certainly devise each item one by one.  The most convenient way to accomplish this is outside of Outlook and import the file to the Calendar.  You can apply this particular technique with any version of Excel and Outlook, although, some procedures might slightly vary in older editions of either program.  If in case you have another spreadsheet program, such as works, you might need to save it as a CSV or text file to import into Outlook.   Hope this information helps.
