Hello there.  I use Outlook for my email needs and I sometimes need to reply to an email automatically especially when I'm not in my office.  Is there an Exchange script set auto reply function for this?  I have Microsoft Outlook 2010 on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.

Hi, Donna.  You must open your outlook then go to the tools tab, select rules and alert. Under it select "new rule", choose start from a blank rule then click next. Under the rule wizard "check where my name is in to or Cc box".  Check "have server replay" using a specific message. After that a blank email form will back it up. This will be an auto reply message that will be received by the sender. Fill out the subject and message body with the message that you want to relay while you are away. When you're done just click save and close, then click next twice. Please do make sure that under the rule wizard "the turn on this rule" box is checked. Hope this helps you.
