Hello experts,
There is an error installing globetrotter mac. When the installation process is almost half way there is an error occurred saying not responding to the server and the bar disappears and never let me continue the process. I was confused and bothered about the error; I hope you can help me. Thank you.

Are you doing that installation online or from a CD? If you are installing the globetrotter from the internet then you will need to ensure that the internet speed is consistent although the installation process. The server may be failing to respond due to slow internet connection speed.

You may be trying to install this software from disc or internet. That's why this kind of problem is occurring. Your solution may be:
* If you are trying to install it from disc, the disk doesn’t contain some files which are wanted by setup program. Then you have to get a new software disc.
* If you are trying to install it directly from internet, your internet connection may be slow and sometimes become disconnected for want of server signal. Check your internet connection.
After you’ve solved this problem, then delete the files which were created by setup program before. Then re-install the software. I hope there will be no problem then.
