Or you can just simply follow this instruction to change your voice when calling. (It only works in WiFi. Not through your service provider)
1. Be sure your phone is on its home screen. Tap the "setting"
2. Tap "Wireless and internet"
3. Touch the app to launch. Press the dial pad to enter the number you are calling.
4. Press "call".
I tried it on my friend's phone.
