I would like to know is there any restrictions in the ‘Starlink’ software. Also I want to know how the session will start in ‘Starlink’ software. I need to know may it be easy to port the ‘Starlink’ to platform ‘xxxx’ ? Also I want help to get the data compatible with ‘Starlink’

Starlink’s copyright restriction is that it could not be distributed except with prior arrangement. It is free of use and is permitted to be used by non-profit organization and individuals. It could not be used commercially except if a Project has been arranged. It uses Fortran 77, Fortran 90, C and C++ as its programming language.

For Starlink to work on your computer, your computer needs to meet the minimum requirement set. It has to have a powerful processor, at least 16mb of memory, Ethernet interface and a huge hard disk. It also has to have a CDRom installed on it.
