Hello, I am using Firefox 34 beta version. As I work for hours, I need to keep dark themes for not to pressurize my eyes. But for a few days, as I am changing or downloading the themes the themes aren't showing it's perfect color combination. I tried different versions of Firefox too. Any solution please?

Hello,

This sort of problem is quite common and very annoying. In order to prevent this type of issue, you should keep on using the stable releases.

There are two types of programs – stable and beta. Beta versions contain new codes and improvements that might cause trouble and is released for those users who will help the developers identify the bugs inside the beta version that would finally give the outcome of a stable version. Stable releases, on the other hand, is on perfect shape of working fine.

Download Firefox. Download the perfect version according to your system and install the program. Then, install the theme.

Hope no trouble.

That is also my weakness with web browsers, I always change the theme used regularly. Since you like changing the theme used by your Mozilla Firefox browser, I guess you don’t normally check the supported browser of the theme. When you found a theme that you think is good to your eyes, you just download it and install it on your browser.

That’s not how you do it. Not all themes support all versions of Mozilla Firefox. Sometimes new themes only support newer versions of Mozilla Firefox and there are times certain themes only support certain versions. If you already installed the theme but it doesn’t appear or it doesn’t change the appearance of your browser after applying it, the theme probably doesn’t support your browser.

Go back to the theme’s download page and check if it supports your browser’s current version. If it doesn’t, select a different theme to install. If your browser is supported, try reinstalling the browser and then install back the theme.
