• First browse for the C:\programfiles
• Next search for the scanpst.exe file
• Open the same file later.
• Now search for the file you want and scan the same as well.
• Next go to start to begin with the scan of the files.
• If there’s no errors found during the scan do repair it to begin with the process as well.
• Lastly begin with the outlook and check if everything is ok or not.
