If you want to copy and paste some formatted text so that the text becomes unformatted where should it be pasted?
Could you perform that operation?

If you want to paste your copy content as it is then there is an option that asks you that keep original format or paste as a destination format.

There is always a way with that.

First go to paste option then click the without the formatting in your system. But this doing are so much time consuming. So also you can try this one step.

You can create macro and run it to your system. So it means that automatic when you paste it then format had gone.

Now here it is. Go to start Word then on the tools menu click the macro then macros to display the dialog box.

Type the “pasteunformattedtext”. Be sure that all the active documents is displayed in the macros list then click create.
That’s it hope this will work in your system.
