Lately I have noticed when I copy file on my laptop, it goes automatically into a temporary folder. Also, I get prompted a pop-up message constantly saying that my files are ready to be burned. But the thing is, I do not have any burner installed on my laptop. I am currently running windows 7 professional?

This error occurs when files are getting placed on the Disc burner drive.

This problem can be easily resolved using the following steps:

  1. Open My Computer.
  2. Right click on the Drive and select Delete temporary files.
  3. Click Yes when asked to confirm.

I have attached the screenshot for more understanding as well. Please refer the same in case you are not clear which drive you have to clear the temporary files for.
