My first suggestion is to consider looking for a similar or suitable ready to use template which can be downloaded from Microsoft Office Online. Once you have downloaded the template you can immediately use it or customize it to suit your needs.
To access Microsoft Office Online, open Microsoft Access, then select the Business link on the left-hand side under From Microsoft Office Online.
You will find two similar templates – The Asset Tracking Database and the Lending Library template. Select the template and click on Download.
If the suggested templates don't meet your requirements, you can easily create the database on your own. You did not specify on what type of booking system you are creating, however you can check an example of a hotel or a restaurant booking tool on this link.
