Hi,

A substitute for Microsoft Outlook is really a hard choice, but it really can be fun choosing the right program for you.

We can only provide you some of the names, link and reviews for such programs, but it really depends upon yourself to decide and go for the program better suited to your needs.

The details of the programs and their review links are mentioned below:

  1. Mozilla Thunderbird: Review Site 1
  2. Windows Live Mail: Review Site 2
  3. Opera: Review Site 3
  4. Pegasus Mail: Review Site 4
  5. Incredimail: Review Site 5

Hi Sudeshnt,

There's a lot of programs available on the internet for the Microsoft Outlook substitute like Open Office and Alternative to exchange  etc. this is freeware meaning you can have this by simply download it to the internet.

For me there is no reason why you looking for another program for Microsoft, because it's user friendly and you can also download to the internet for free.

If you use this for your personal use then it's better to choose Microsoft. If you are using Apple or other platforms not Microsoft then you can use Open Office although there are slight changes unlike Microsoft which is user friendly program but the adjustment could be minimal.

Thanks,

Tony Stevenson
