I want to capture screen shot while I am using Skype and I need to save that file in jpeg format and edit using Photoshop. Then I want 1200*1800Â dimension (4 in* 6 in) jpeg to photo print.

That is the traditional way of capturing image, now snipping tool is now introduce to later version of Microsoft windows. You said that your operating system is XP right?
