System Analyst is a programmer that analyze and study specifications and generally pressure from coding as analysis. Most of the time System Analyst working as one of the programming as Payroll. Who does like to analyze a larger scale and a series of related programs like Human Resources. 

A Business Analyst is someone that organize a business and a less technical skills. They are the one who talks both business and information side. The most important is they are able to communicate both users and more technical people.

A system analyst or systems analyst is the person responsible for directing in the development of an information system. In performing these tasks the analyst must always match the information system objectives with the goals of the organization. The role of a systems analyst changes from organization to organization. The usual responsibilities of a systems analyst are: system analysis, system analysis and design, and systems analysis, design and programming.

A business analyst is the one who analyzes the presented organization and design of systems which usually includes businesses, departments, and organizations. There is no distinct way on how to become a business analyst. Often the BA has a technical background, whether having worked as a programmer or engineer, or completing a Computer Science degree.
