To make sure you are using the latest version of TeamSpeak 3, download it from TeamSpeak 3.0.14. Make sure also TeamSpeak 3 supports your operating system. For Windows users, TeamSpeak 3 supports Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. In case you have Windows 8, TeamSpeak 3 doesn’t support it.

For Mac users, TeamSpeak 3 supports Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger and higher. It also supports Linux. Uninstall the one currently installed on your computer then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files” and click OK. Wait until it is finished and restart your computer.

Next, run the newly downloaded TeamSpeak 3.0.14 installer and then run it afterwards. See if it works. This error you have may appear if you are using TeamSpeak 3.0.11 that’s why you need to download the latest version to fix it.
