Task bar disappeared and no start button

Hi,

I have a problem where my taskbar disappeared and there is no start button. This happened after windows explorer opened an unresponsive folder.

I know that this will be corrected if I restart the computer but there is another way to get the task bar without restarting the computer?

At times there are still applications that I am working on and I lost my work when I restart the computer. All the best!

Try Ctrl + Esc and see if that brings up the start menu.

Do Ctrl + Alt + Del

Click File > Run > Browse > (C:) Local Disk > Windows > explorer.exe

Your task bar will show up with the start button.
