I was trying to start TangixTesterPRO Client but during connecting to the server I received the following error message. I need your help to resolve the given error message.

Hi James,

                This can be caused of many factors, the network and if the environment is set for VM ware. Here are the things you may want to check, you need to confirm that the network port exist and it is available. Make sure that VMware View manager that is necessary is running. Check also if your network is configured correctly for VMware View.
