When I started the Tangix TesterPRO Client, it worked perfectly but then I get this error message “unable to connect to VirtualTester server” I am not sure if the problem is with my system or it is their server which are not responding. Please help. Thanks.

If your connection has no problem connecting to the internet then it may be the servers of Tangix which could be down or doing a maintenance at that time. If the problem persists, then you will want to check if your firewall has the software blocked from reaching the servers. You can check this by going to your firewall settings. If this isn't the issue either, then you will need to contact Tangix Support to find out if it is a problem from their end or yours and they will do their best to help you solve the issue.
