Hello. I am just curious. Will other organizations follow the move of AT&T of helping the country to increase the rate of their high school graduates?

Each item comes with competition. No results were better than the competition impracticable. So it seems to be no reason to worry about this matter. Very often we also think as negative about competition. It's may be the economy too.
We are often a jealousy one of the success in others. But it should not be the happen only cause of problems. If someone takes the initiative to stimulate the economy, then you should applause him. It should be a feature of human. Then developments will running behind us, there have no need to running behind with development.
