Dear Yusuf Its mean that updated video driver does not support to your system video card. After update the driver, system was running smooth and as soon as you restart your system, video driver make conflict and your windows does not start. Try to these steps:

  1. Restart your PC and enter in safemode by pressing F8 key.
  2. When your windows start. just right click on your desktop and click on 'properites'.
  3. After this, click on 'setting' tab. Then on below right corner, there is a tab "Advance" click on it.
  4. click on 'Adaptor" tab and click on "properties"
  5. Click on 'Driver" tab and press "Roll Back Driver". it will reinstate your previous driver status.

After that, restart your system and your problem is resolved. cheers kelin

It may be effected the hardware for the video card and that's why it is not starting. Did you hear any sound from your PC if you then there is a hardware problem. If the PC does not shows only on start and the lights are turned on then there may be a software problem.

Here you have to see how you install your video drivers and how they effected your PC, if they are updated drivers  then you can make them clean by booting in with a boot able disk or by using safe mode. Or you can install a new window for that purpose also. If you are not looking the startup screen then you have to see the hardware for video card. Is it damaged or some fault is located there then you can fix it. Running in Safe mode and by installing the newly video drivers can solve your problem.
