Hi. To solve the issue of please wait for the system event notification service, first, you can try performing a system boot which will help you check if the issue is being caused due to the presence of any third party service or not. You can also click on start, all programs, select the administrative tools and then open the services.
Then, locate the Windows font cache service followed by a right-click on the Windows font cache service and then stop it. Next, click on the service profiles from the C drive and then rename the .dat folder and start the computer. The third method can be to run the Winsock reset after disabling all the services which are non-Windows.
Then, disable the startup apps and uninstall the antivirus. Reinstall the network interface cards, audio and video drivers and then rebuild the WMI repository. In the end, run scan now.
