How to start a synchronization procedure for office outlook pims informer in windows 7? Outlook is out of order and unable to open mails.

Hey Joan,

Follow the steps below and the problem should no longer persist –

1. In Outlook, go to the Send/Receive tab, and then press Work Offline.

2. Select the Outbox, restart Outlook.

3. Place the message to the Drafts folder. Right-click the message, clicks Move, press Other Folder, and then click the Drafts folder from the list.

4. Select the Send/Receive tab, and then select Work Offline to de-select it. This will restart your connection.
