Hi,

I was trying to synchronize my Blackberry Desktops Software with Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit edition. I have Windows 7 OS, Outlook 2010, Desktop Manager 4.5 and syncing to a Curve 8330. This is the message i got:

Microsoft Outlook Connector Error

No available message stores.

What should I do?  I want to sync the Outlook calendar so that I get the birthdays and other important dates.

Thanks!

J.

Hi,

There are many reasons for this. I am giving all possible solution for this.

Cause: Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) is a subsystem profile and it may be damage for some reason.

Solution: create a new MAPI subsystem profile using .pst file and configure it as like previous one.

Cause: may be that mobile does not have support for synchronization with Microsoft Office Outlook.

Solution: try different version of Microsoft Office Outlook as like 2000, 2003, 2007, 2001 etc.

Cause: may be BlackBerry Desktop Software is not installed properly or installed without Microsoft windows OS or using other OS.

Solution: reinstall BlackBerry Desktop Software with Microsoft windows OS

Hi,

This you must do from the Blackberry Desktop Manager Software must be 4.2 or higher and then after that you just simply to begin the installation you have to choose the customize menu from the system and then to order to set the installation from the option and then make sure that you disable the Add-in section and then if your computer don’t have an Outlook Add-in in the installation of the Office 2007 the system will be sync among your Blackberry and then your device it cause of real problem from the Outlook connector software mistake and then the file is OMSmain.dll. I recommend uninstalling the Office 2007 and the Outlook and try to reinstall again to fresh one with the new modified option to avoid any mistake to you software and just cleanup the intellisync file afterward you install the software.
