I have found a good solution for your problem please follow the procedure or step very well.

Make sure that you have Microsoft outlook 2007 because this is the one I am using I didn't try using it on other version but let us try make sure Microsoft Outlook 2007 has enable to connect an iPhone with the program and try the procedure if you sync with Microsoft outlook 2007 is not working.

If the first solution does not work try this one have a good day and enjoy your stay with us sir.

Here is the link for your guide.

When synchronizing your iPhone with Microsoft Office Outlook, you need to install iTunes. If you already have iTunes, make sure you are using the latest version because most of the common cause of synchronization errors is caused by an outdated iTunes. Download the latest version, iTunes 11.2.2. To synchronize your iPhone with Microsoft Office Outlook, connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable or by placing your device in the Apple Universal Dock.

After connecting your iPhone, iTunes will automatically launch. In iTunes, click the entry for your iPhone or your device under Devices and then select Info tab. Click “Sync contacts from” under Contacts and then click Outlook. Next, do one of the following:

  • Click “All contacts” if you want to synchronize all contacts.
  • Click “Selected groups” to synchronize only the items you selected and then click or select the groups you want to synchronize. To select multiple groups, press and hold CTRL while clicking on each group.

Finally click Apply to begin the synchronization.
