Can I fix this problem? Why did error appear? I am waiting for your resolution experts.

Hello Allison

I might have the answer to your question. It seems to be a problem with the Live Updater. In order for you to fix it, you must do the following.

Go to Start-> Control Panel-> and click User Accounts. In the User Accounts windows, click on User Accounts, and there click on Turn User Account Control on or off. Clear the check in the box that says Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer. Click OK. Restart now, and after this, run the Live Update as an administrator. Remember to turn User Account Control back on, after you have finished.

Another solutions, is to go to Start-> Run-> and in the Run dialog box type regsvr32 %windir%system32msxml3.dll

After the message saying that msxml3.dll succeeded, please go here.

As  a last solution, you could go to Symantec website, and download manually every hotfix and update, that LiveUpdate could not download.

I hope you will find this information useful.
