Hi Experts,

While trying to switch the Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word) 2010 add-in to .NET it came to an end with the error message mentioned below:

Microsoft Visual Studio

Attempted re-targeting of the project has been cancelled. The .NET

Framework version you selected is not supported by this project type.

                                                                             OK

I also adopted several others measures i. e. debug with no result but the error message:

Microsoft Office Application Add-In

The common language runtime could not be loaded by

file:///c:/users/ibuys/documents/visual studio

2012/Projects/WordAddIn1/WordAddIn1/bin/Debug/WordAddIn1.vstolvstolocal.

Contact your administrator for further assistance.

Details                                              OK

Hello.

The .NET framework that you have installed in your system is the older version and is not compatible with Microsoft office 2010.

Try to update .NET framework to the latest version.

To download the latest version of the software click on the link below.

http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=17851

After downloading and updating  .net frameworks, switch the Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word) 2010 addin to .NET

Thank you.
