I have windows 7 installed and was hoping if someone will tell me why Super Mario offline is not working on windows 7? When I had windows XP, then everything was working just perfect. Does someone know the cause of this and how to rectify this issue? Any kind of help would be appreciated.

The super Mario game version which you are trying to install may be the older version and is not compatible with windows 7.
Try to download the latest version or the one which is compatible with windows 7.

Since you installed windows 7, have you been able to access the internet generally or it is only the game that is giving you issues? Because you might have not configured the network settings on your computer that are required for internet access and therefore you will not be able to play Super Mario.
The following is a workaround that you should try:
Also ensure that the Super Mario game is supported on windows 7.

I already encountered a fatal error when running an offline game in my Windows 7 Operating system. But when I run it as an administrator there are some cases the it resolves the problem.
1. Download the game and install it in your computer.
2. When the setup or game shortcut icon is already in your desktop right click and hit “Run as administrator”.
3. There is a big possibility that the game will run.
