What are the requirements needed to program or build a program which can assist me in my day to day activities when busy and in my absence can run and perform all task with less supervision. I run an NGO and a school which makes it quite difficult for me to stay at one place. However I am a beginner in programming and I do require your assistance to be able to design a very potent program that can performs the above mentioned task for me since I have only one secretary and one financial advisor also in charge of the all duties pertaining the school and the NGO respectively. Thank you.
