Suggest suitable server for heavy files traffic

Hi

I'm looking for the most excellent route for our company. Mention that we have no IT sector and we’re a little engineering firm consisting of 4 employees. So far we have worked in a network setup, but now we're trying to work in servers.

All of our files are large because we are working with AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc. At the moment, our files amount to 200-300GB and its always increasing. Would you help me to find a server?

We're also thinking about some online backup like Carbonite. We like that its regular and we wouldn't have to get the backup home.

Final problem is how are we supposed to backup e-mail? We apply Outlook and it's hosted by GoDaddy.

Should we get this in-house and use replace?

Need your help. Thanks a lot.

You can setup a company server if your data is to be used on daily basis and in case to AutoCAD and Photoshop you need that  data on daily basis so you can manage a server. It will work fine on local services. You can store as much data as you need in your server depends on your hard disk capacity. Moreover it you need to get some email storage then you can use outlook it works fine and you can not only store emails on server but also you maintain a record of your files in mails.

If you have some special data then you can store it over the network and many sites and server companies provides this facility you can get your email space form the service provide and you need to pay for it on monthly basis also you can do the same for other files. You can purchase a online server space and can store as much data as you require. You can find such sites over the net very easily.
