I wonder when I see beautiful gmail names of others. I have tried some known names but those are in use. Can you suggest me some new from your idea? Do you know any technique for bypassing email name is already in use?

For me if you want a beautiful Gmail name try to use your own name i think it’s beautiful. And I think there is no solution to bypass your desired username that has been taken by anyone. The only solution is tried to put your favourite number next to your username or anything that make your name unique. That’s all 🙂

Hi There? First of all you can not use a user name that is already taken. The main reason is because the user name also happens to be the user’s address and trust me; you don’t want to have the same address as that user, it’s like sharing a phone number with somebody else.

If you wanted to use a specific user name e.g. Kelvin and you find out that it’s already taken, you can make it unique by adding numeric characters to it e.g. Kelvin 1993 or place an underscore in between the desired user name to get something like Kel_vin.

I hope this helps.

I don't think that there is a way to bypass a username used when signing up for a new account. There is always a suggestion for every account that you can choose. Those suggestions are unique and may not been used by other users. If you want to use the same name, you still need to make it unique to avoid problems on sending and receiving emails. You can add a underscore sign followed by alpha numeric characters. Adding it to the username you wish to use will make it unique.
