Okay it is hard and easy!If you want to get feedback from odesk employer,you have to work hard. You should satisfy your employer and follow the instructions they provide.
You should bid only those projects that are easy to you. I told you getting feedback from employer is hard. Actually it is right. If you are new and have not finished any project,I mean you have no feedback yet,
It is hard for you. But you have to struggle. So bid on projects,whether hard or easy,offer cheap rate,get the job and perform. You may face hard but you have to finish.
