Subject, from , To and cc fields of lotus notes mail are hidden when i log on to sametime and restoring back to visible only during log out from sametime.

I have seen this solution you have given the solution as Resolution Details: These are because of display settings limitations. Adjust the sametime window as per your requirement by dragging the sidebar

But,this doesn't worked out in my lotus notes.

So please identify the error and rectify it as soon as possible.

To display the heading of e-mail messages that you received in Lotus Notes you may follow the following steps according to version that you are using:

For Versions 4.xxx

1. Open the message that you want to view and click "Action".
2. Select "Delivery Information" and select "Internet style e-mail header".
3. If "Delivery Information" is not visible, right click on the body of e-mail then select "Document Properties".
4. Select "Fields" tab and select "Additional Header" field.

Or

1. Look for a line that begins with "Received", a blank line should be above it.
2. Scroll down for the next blank line. It should have the data in-between the two blank lines, these are the headers that you are looking for.

For Version 5.xxx

1. Click “Actions.”
2. Select “Tools.”
3. Select “Delivery Information”, look for the separator line that reads “Additional Header.”
4. If "Delivery Information" is not visible, right click on the body of e-mail then select "Document Properties".
5. Select "Fields" tab and select "Additional Header" field.

For Version 8.xxx

1. Click "View".
2. Select "Show".
3. Select  "Message source".

Or
