How can I stop the user from sending and receiving SMTP traffic through Internet while allowing them to receive emails within the Exchange Organization in Exchange 2003 server?

Hello Codie,

To stop sending and receiving SMTP traffic through the internet you will have to disable the POP3 and the SMTP settings in your Ms Exchange server 2003.

Another option will be to block the certain users that you do not want to send messages to or receive messages from them, and this you will do by configuring the account settings under the ms exchange server 2003. I will advice that you choose blocking certain users from disabling the SMTP options because the latter will mean that you will not be able to communicate with other people using your exchange server account at all.
