Hello,
I am attack by some kind of awful advertisement these days. Long tale, right after a wide range of actions, I imagined I am under management. System was operating good and then Enthusiasm Protection Requirements stated it is on the system to complete eradication. And so I did and today, Microsoft windows did not start, even in Secure Method. Flipped off the automated system so I could identify the problem.
Please help me.

Please do the following:
1. Repair your windows operating system, to do this, insert the windows XP disk on your DVD/CD rom and reboot
2. At the appearance of welcome screen of windows setup, press/select R to go to recovery console.
3. Sometimes, people use dual or multiple booting. In this case, you should select relevant windows installation
4. Copy and expand the file named ‘User32.dll’ from cd disk to windows\system 32 directory
5. Go to start menu, select run , type cmd and press enter
6. Go to X:\i386\user32.dll_ c:\windows\system32 and expand it
7. Restart the computer
