Transferring the Flexible Single Master Operations (FSMO) Role follow the given steps:
1. Explore the Active Directory Users and Computers on Windows Server 2012 R2 system.
2. Select Operations Masters by right-clicking on a domain.
3. Check for the RID tab, it should be on select mode.
4. Choose the change button.
5. Select to yes when transferring option arises.
6. Click OK to continue.
