I need to know steps to convert photo to cartoon using Adobe Photoshop. Guys, please help me do this ad I need it. Any help will be deeply appreciated. Thank you.
To convert photo to cartoon using Adobe Photoshop, proceed as follows-
1. Open your photo in Photoshop and then hit Ctrl+j to duplicate background later
2. Then hit Ctrl+shift+u to remove the color
3. Then again you need to hit Ctrl+j
4. And then press Ctrl+l to invert the tone of your picture
5. Go to blend mode and make it color dodge and then proceed to filter and then in blur select Gaussian blur
6. Make radius to 8px and then click ok
It’s done.
