People I need methods for Asus laptop troubleshooting. I need help people with this problem as my laptop is malfunctioning and whenever I try to switch on my PC, I only see a blank screen.
Steps On Asus Laptop Troubleshooting Methods
The problem you are facing can be related to hardware or software-
- Press and hold fn+ f7 key together to turn on the display or fn and f6 to change the brightness
- Shutdown your pc and start it and then hold f2 to enter bios
If the above two methods doesn’t solve your problem then it is a hardware problem and you need to contact customer support or go to the service centre.
