Hi. I am using MS-Outlook for the first time. I have sent an important mail without attaching the required file. Is there a way how to cancel a sent email? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Hi. To know how to cancel a sent email, the steps to be followed are-

1) Open MS-Outlook on your PC

2) Click on sent items option in the mail menu

3) The message which needs to be replaced should be opened

4) Click on the actions option on the tab message under the move group. Click on the recall this message option

5) To check the e-mail accounts in your Outlook, click on file, then select the account settings and the types of accounts list will be displayed under the type menu on the e-mail menu

6) Select the delete unread copies and replace with a new message option

7) To update the message, click on OK. New files can be added to or deleted from the e-mail

8) Select on the send button

OR

1) Open MS-Outlook on your PC

2) Click on sent items in the mail menu

3) Open the message which is to be recalled

5) Click on the actions option on the tab message under the move group. Click on the recall this message option

6) Click on the delete unread copies of this message option
