Hi. The steps to learninghow to backup server 2003normally are-

1) Click on start, then click on Run, type ntbackup and then click on OK

2) Click on next after the backup or restore wizard appears

3) Make sure that the backup files and settings are selected on the backup and restore page and click on next

4) Click on let me choose what to back up option from the what to back up page and click on next

5) Click the items on the items to back up page. Select the files which you want to get a backup of on a weekly basis and click on next

6) A backup type, destination and name page will appear. Click on browse option to open the file that’s back up is to be created and type a name for it. Click on next

7) Click on Advanced option in the completing the backup or restore wizard

8) Click on normal in the type of backup page and click on next

9) Make sure that the Append, this backup to existing backups, is selected on the backup options page and then click on next

10) Click on when to back up option and then select later option

11) Give a name in job name option an d click on set schedule

12) A schedule entry dialog box will appear in which job name needs to be typed it after which click on set schedule option

13) Click on weekly in the schedule task option

14) Set the time in start time option

15) Select the days when you want a backup to be created from schedule task weekly option and click on OK

16) In the run as option in set account information window, enter the username as well as password. Then, click on OK

17) Click on finish
