I was working on computer and mistakenly I deleted my very important file. It was also not present in recycle bin. Can anybody please guide.
What steps should I do so that I may get my file back?
Even I tried different software’s for getting deleted files back but none of the software is working.
Can anybody help me through this?

You have not stated there what can of file is that but then if it's a software where you installed at that time then have mistakenly deleted you can use the restore point which is accessible in windows system tools. I've tried this many times whenever I have deleted some important soft wares.
Just choose the date where you want to restore or maybe I should say it'll roll back the files from where the date you restore.
There a few programs that will claim to recover your deleted files on your computer, however with many shareware that were going to download and will not harm your computer as well.

About your problem i just want you to download the software called "Handy Recovery" I use that software until now and it works well then all you have to do is to look for that software. Then you are lucky if you have that software. Then I want you to know that if you accidentally deleted that file for your information that all the files in your hard drive could recover for example; you choose the drive C: then all files that are been deleted will be recovered. But if your hard disk drive had a bad sector it might not recover some other files on it.
Now if you already run the software it will give you folders then look inside and find your file you've accidentally deleted. Then now you're on your own.
