What are the steps to observe in order to service a Laptop and Notebook Cooler? The Laptop or Notebook Cooler make noise when switch on. I would like to open this device and check what could be the cause. I suspect the fans in this device to be the cause of the noise but per what might trigger that noise being made by the fans.
All you need is a screw-driver and the work won't take more than 10 minutes.Â
First remove the five screws indicated and remove the monitor cover.Â
Unscrews these other fourscrews, but be careful since they hold the monitor.
Keep it with your hand. Remove the highlighted cover.
Use screws to unlock the keyboard. Since the keyboard is connected to the motherboard ,see the red rectangle,my suggestion is to avoid removing it, just overturn it on the notebook.
Remove this little cover. Now take up the fan, that is connected with a power cable
Well done. Remove the last cover.
You have finished! Now take out all the dust you can and put the fan inside again.Â
